Tutorial
Prior to going through the tutorial you should complete the installation of the Systems Biology Toolbox. Installation of the SBML toolbox and the XPPAUT bifurcation analysis software is optional.If something is unclear or does not work correctly, please contact me at SBtoolbox@fcc.chalmers.se.
The tutorial consist of a PDF document and several files that are used in the different tutorial examples. Please download it from the links below.
Unpack the examplefiles.zip file to a desired location and have a look at the TUTORIAL.pdf file.
